1. Call us on 08717 500070 or email us(not forgetting to tell us which hotel/region/country you are interested in - we won't know automatically) to discuss your holiday requirements, check availability, get a personalised quote and reserve your room(s).
2. We will email or fax you a pre-filled Booking Form showing all the details of your itinerary and costs. You should check, sign and fax or email this back to us before 17.00 on the day of booking. We regret that if your Booking Form does not reach us before that time, your reservation may lapse.
3. At the time of booking a non-refundable deposit is payable to us by debit or credit card. Debit card payments are free of charge. There is a 4.5% charge for credit card payments. The balance outstanding is payable directly to your hotel(s), as outlined in our Booking Conditions. Download Terms and Conditions
4. Once your booking is complete, we will email you a Booking Confirmation document and full directions to your hotel(s).
